Casa de la Luna Cancellation Policy

We require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit upon booking and the balance due 15 days before arrival date.

If you need to cancel your reservation prior to your scheduled occupancy date, we will promptly begin efforts to re-rent the property. For each night that we successfully re-rent during your original reservation period, you will receive a full credit.

This credit will be applied to the nights that are re-rented SUBTARCTING THE 25% DEPOSIT, ensuring that you are refunded for those specific dates.
